Why Work at IFA
Joining Information For All (IFA) means becoming part of a mission-driven team that uses data to drive real change in communities across Sierra Leone. We work on projects that matter—advancing education, health, gender equality, governance, and livelihoods through inclusive, evidence-based research and development initiatives.
At IFA, we only take on projects that are ethically sound, socially impactful, and rooted in the voices of the people we serve. We believe that understanding local context, respecting cultural diversity, and treating all participants with dignity is essential to meaningful and responsible work.
We are committed to being an employer of choice, offering a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive work environment where team members from diverse backgrounds thrive. IFA is more than a workplace—it’s a platform to grow, lead, and make a difference. Whether you’re a data analyst, field coordinator, researcher, or advocate, we offer a career, not just a job.
