Information For All (IFA) is a national civil society, youth-led, and development organization founded in 2018 by Mohamed Bah as a non-governmental organization (NGO) in Sierra Leone. Our mission is to help communities transform their lived experiences into powerful evidence for change. We listen, gather stories and data, and work side by side with people and policymakers to co-create practical solutions. From health education, IFA ensures that local voices lead the way toward lasting impact across Sierra Leone.

Background of the Founder:

Mohamed is a researcher, data analyst, and digital development professional with extensive experience in education, health, business, youth, and governance sectors across Sierra Leone. He holds a Master of Science in Research and Public Policy from the University of Sierra Leone, a bachelor’s degree in business and IT from Njala University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Data Analytics from George Mason University (USA).

Mohamed has worked as a consultant at VIG, a UK-based research firm, where he contributed to high-impact studies such as the Endline Evaluation of the BRIDGE project for Sierra Leone Red Cross/Iceland Red Cross and the Endline Assessment of the Right to be a Child Project by Save the Children Sierra Leone. He also served as Field Coordinator for Laterite Sierra Leone on the What Works Hub (WWH) Global Education Project, supporting evidence-based approaches to improve learning outcomes.

He has led and supervised large-scale data collection, analysis, and reporting for international and national organizations. Mohamed is also a multi-time fellow of prestigious global programs, including the African Leadership Academy (South Africa), Social Innovators Programme (Nigeria), U.S. State Department CEE Fellowship (USA), UPG Biashara (Switzerland), and the Young African Leaders Initiative (Ghana).

He combines technical excellence with a deep commitment to empowering communities through data-driven decision-making, digital tools, and youth leadership.
